Good value, especially in a bulk pack of 12. The red colour adds flair, though one of our servers noted the colour doesn’t go with our all-white dishware set

Compact size & portion control – With a 4 oz capacity and about 4-3/4″ diameter, it’s suitable for small side salads, appetizers, condiments or individual servings, helping with portioning.
Disadvantages
Very small capacity – At only 4 oz, the bowl may be too small for larger salads or servings, thus needing to be supplemented with larger bowls for main portions.

Nice little bowl for small portions and quick service, but for bigger mains it’s too small — we ended up keeping some larger ones too

We’ve used the Thunder Group 4 oz Pure Red bowls for our side-salad station and they’ve been great — tough enough for daily buffet use and the pop of red looks sharp
