For our smaller café the platter is awesome when we’ve got a big event, but most days we barely fill it and it takes space in storage. Still nice to have for the ‘wow’ factor

Love the look of the Jazz rim and the size is ideal for sharing dishes, but we did find that since it’s not microwave safe we need to transfer hot items to something else if we want to reheat — a small hassle

We brought in the 21-by-15 oval Jazz platter for our buffet line — the size allows us to present our carvery and sides in one dramatic piece, and the melamine surface has held up to heavy use so far. Great upgrade
