Desventajas
Neutral, plain colour may lack premium aesthetic — The “NuStone Tan” finish is neutral and functional, but may not provide the upscale look some restaurants desire for fine-dining presentation. (From specs: color is tan)

Good rugged choice for our buffet and staff love that the compartments simplify plating; however we miss the richer colours we used to use to match our theme

Commercial catering friendly — It’s dishwasher safe (low-temp), BPA free, NSF listed and sold as a case quantity (12 pieces) making it efficient for catering/foodservice operations.
Desventajas
Bulk case purchase may be excess for small operations — Being packaged as “case of 12” means smaller cafés or operations with low turnover might over-invest or struggle with storage.
Comentario
Great value for the price in a bulk pack, but since we’re a small bistro we’ll probably take ages to go through 12-piece cases — good for the future though.
