Advantages
Flexible & Organised Layout
It features an adjustable wire middle shelf (on some models) and the option to add top dividers to organise smaller items.

Why it matters: being able to adapt shelf height or top dividers means less clutter, faster grab-and move operations, and better utilisation of space.
Disadvantages
May Be Over-capacity for Smaller Properties
If your property only has a few rooms per floor or light housekeeping loads, a large full-size cart may be more than necessary — smaller models may be more cost-efficient.
Tip: Match cart size to workload; too large a cart might mean under-utilised volume and wasted space.
Comment
As the housekeeping supervisor for a boutique resort just outside Manila, I selected this full-size cart because I wanted one unit that could service an entire floor shift rather than switching between two smaller ones. It delivers on that promise: the capacity is ample, the build is sturdy, and the wheels roll quietly across our vinyl-plank corridors (which guests appreciate, especially in early hours).

On the flip side: its width means we sometimes have to slightly angle it when passing through doorways where the old building alcoves squeeze a bit. And when the attendants stock the top shelf full of amenities, the centre of gravity shifts a little, making the cart require more control when turning. Our team has adapted, but it’s something to flag for smaller layouts.

Verdict: If your hotel or resort has mid-to-large housekeeping loads, this cart is a smart investment. If you run a very small property with light turnover, you might find that its size and weight require more manoeuvring than a compact variant would

Advantages
Durable, Easy-to-Maneuver Construction
With a steel upright frame, plastic top & bottom shelving, smooth rounded corners, and 6″ non-marking casters (2 swivel, 2 fixed) plus a brake lock, this cart is designed to roll smoothly and protect walls.
Disadvantages
Weight & Shipping Considerations
The cart ships at a considerable weight (for example ~84 lbs / ~38 kg for one version) so receiving and setting up may require more than one person or may incur higher shipping/handling fees.
Comment
We’ve been using the cart for several months now in our 120-room property in Metro Manila, and overall I’m impressed with how it’s improved our housekeeping turnaround. Having everything—fresh linens, spare amenities, waste bags—right on this one cart means our attendants are spending less hallway time and more room-prep time. It’s noticeably reduced bottlenecks during peak check-out hours.

One thing to note: when the cart is fully loaded with both clean stock and soiled bags, it becomes quite hefty, and our staff had to be cautious on the elevator landings and around tight corners to avoid bumps and wall scuffs. Also, while the dual vinyl bags included are very useful, in our climate we found they needed more frequent cleaning to avoid odour build-up.

All in all: 4/5 — very good value for operation efficiency; just plan for the load and regular maintenance of the bags

Advantages
Generous Storage & Room-Coverage
This full-size cart gives ample space for linens, amenities and cleaning supplies thanks to its large width and depth (for example 58″ W × 21″ D × 39″ H) and includes dual vinyl bags.
Disadvantages
Large Footprint Might Be Challenging in Tight Spaces
Because it is full-size (58″ W for example), manoeuvring through narrow service corridors or older buildings with tight hallways might be cumbersome.
Comment
As operations manager at our boutique hotel, I recently upgraded to the LodgMate full-size housekeeping cart and it’s been a good decision. The dual vinyl bags on each end handle the soiled linen and amenities return efficiently, and staff say the 6-inch non-marking wheels glide almost silently down our refurbished carpeted corridors (a big plus for early-hour turns). The steel/plastic build feels sturdy yet manoeuvrable — even with a full load we don’t struggle in the hallway corners.
