Advantages
Compact footprint suited for standard guest-rooms
At approximately 30″ W × 22″ D × 30″ H the unit offers good storage capacity while fitting within typical guest-room layouts.
Why it matters: Keeps circulation space clear, especially important in tighter hotel room configurations.
Disadvantages
ess drawer-division than higher-drawer-count units
With three large drawers only, the ability to segregate small guest items (socks, accessories, etc) is less than a unit with more drawers or internal dividers.
Tip: If guest-room amenities include many smaller items, consider adding drawer organisers or alternate furniture with more drawers.
Comment
For our boutique property, the Deco chest turned out to be a smart choice: good size, good style, and durable enough for daily guest-use. On the flip side, if you’re stacking many small items you might wish for more compartmentalisation, but for standard guest-room needs it hits the mark

Advantages
Stylish finish that blends modern-classic décor
The rich espresso finish with zebra-wood contrasting accents gives the piece visual appeal without being overly ornate.
Disadvantages
Made-to-order lead time and non-returnable
The Deco collection is “typically ships within 8-10 weeks, made to order, non-returnable / non-cancellable
Comment
As the operations manager at a mid-scale resort near Manila, I like that this chest offers a premium look at a reasonable price. The espresso finish fits our décor palette perfectly and the build feels sturdy. We just recommended verifying clearances before ordering because our older rooms have narrower walkways

Advantages
Durable, hospitality-grade construction
The Deco collection uses high-pressure laminate tops, front kick-plates, solid wood drawer sides and reinforced bottoms designed for frequent guest-room use.
Why it matters: In a hotel environment, drawer units take heavy use — this means fewer repairs and longer service life.
Disadvantages
May still be too large for ultra-compact rooms
While compact for a three-drawer chest, the 22″ depth and 30″ width may reduce workable floor space in smaller budget-rooms or micro-units.
Tip: Measure available space and ensure clearance around doors, beds and pathways.

We opted for the Deco 3-Drawer Chest in our refurbished 120-room hotel wing and the finish is really solid — our housekeeping team say the drawers glide smoothly and the zebra-wood accent draws positive guest comments. Only thing: in one of the smaller rooms we had to reposition it slightly because of the 22″ depth, but overall very pleased
