Advantages
The Clarity line is described as “paraben free” and has a “natural fresh fragrance. This is attractive both for guests who are sensitive or prefer “clean” toiletries, and for hospitality operations looking for a more upscale amenity.
Disadvantages
Limited size / single-use nature
As a 1 oz shampoo, the volume is small — this may be fine for one or two uses, but longer-stay guests or those with longer/thicker hair might feel it’s insufficient.
Comment
I stayed at a boutique guest-house that used Clarity shampoo in the 1 oz tube. I appreciated the paraben-free formula and the scent was fresh and pleasant without being overpowering. It felt nicer than the usual economy hotel shampoo. That said, after 2 washes I felt I needed more product than what the tube gave (I have long hair).

Advantages
Designed for hospitality / guest-use convenience
The product size (1 oz) and the amenity kit format (for example, the Clarity Amenity Kit includes 1 oz shampoo tubes) are optimized for short-stay use, making inventory management simpler for hotels, B&Bs, rentals.
Disadvantages
Less tailored formulation for diverse hair types
While the product is “paraben free” and “natural fresh fragrance,” there’s no detailed information publicly about deep conditioning, textured or tightly-curled hair types, or specialty hair needs. Some hospitality shampoos in general don’t perform equally for all hair types.
Comment
From a hotel operations standpoint: good product for guest turnover — the size and branding work well. We found the tubes easy to stock and match to our other bath amenities in the Clarity line (body wash, lotion). On the flip side, some guests with thicker hair asked if we could offer a larger bottle or stronger formula.

Advantages
Premium branding / elevates guest experience
The description mentions “premium line … encourages a healthy relationship with mind, body and earth. … Guests will feel alive and refreshed. Using a brand like this can enhance the perceived value of a property’s guest bath amenities, possibly improving guest satisfaction.
Disadvantages
Bulk/hospitality packaging may compromise “luxury feel”
Because it is designed for hotel-use (bulk amenities, standard tubes or kits), guests who are used to luxury salon-grade bottles may judge the packaging or dispensing experience as less premium. In addition, for the operator, cost per use may still be a consideration if the packaging is not optimized for multiple uses or refills.
Comment
As a guest I liked the feel of the shampoo: it lathered nicely, rinsed clean, left no heavy residue. The scent was subtle and clean. If I were staying more nights I might have appreciated more volume, but for a 1- or 2-night stay it hit the mark
